Received offers from GS/MS/JPM Capital Markets group and mm CIBC coverage group. Does anyone have any perspective on which I should lean toward? Not sure how much the name means, but I'm focused on exit optionality to PE/PC/HF/Corp-Dev and Strategy if at all possible.
