MM and boutique banks from what I understand 'flex' much less with economic/market conditions, I'm not saying that is the rule by any means, but mostly how FT recruiting has been explained to me at these types of banks. With that said I think they'll be on track w/ last year, nothing larger, but certainly not much smaller.
