Top down overview of the PE hiring process
Can someone offer an overview of how the PE hiring process works for the ignorant amongst us?
From reading various posts it sounds like people apply in year 1, after 6m at a bank for a role to start in 18 months from them. This sounds crazy?! Why so early?
Is it the same in Europe / London?
