Darthmouth/Feshminds (for 2 EBs)
This true even for laterals (e.g. beyond grad recruitment?)
As Pan European Monkey said, Dartmouth and Freshminds are the common ones that come to mind.
I know Centreview uses Dartmouth and Greenhill uses Freshminds. I'm inclined to say PWP and Evercore do it in-house but not 100% sure about this.

Freshminds are used by Greenhill and Gleacher, all of the others are using Dartmouth. Generally speaking your best bet to lateral at an EB (not Laz/Roth as classes are bigger) is to know people working there and show that you would fit. They will call you if they need someone.
