Matias Quiet Pro is good. One of the few mechanical keyboards that you can use in the office as well. Good warranty too....I have gotten two replaced no questions asked. For home, I have the logitech K750.

What’s your budget? I recently got a mechanical keyboard after doing some research. Can throw out a few names, and there are some YouTube keyboard reviewers that are quite helpful and responsive, like:

I got the Rosewill K81. It’s got RGB, but you can turn it off. Got it because it’s reasonably priced ($50-60 range) and good build quality (metal base + frame) for buck.

If you want quiet then go for brown or black switches. Currently using brown, really happy with the feel and it's pretty quiet - blues and reds to avoid if you want quiet.
