Top WFH keyboard for IB
Looking on Amazon for a new keyboard. Several seem reasonable and others are more expensive. Trying to figure out if it’s worth paying a little extra for a nicer one

Love the Logitech K840 mechanical
Anything that's a mechanical keyboard.
Paging @Ergo Clears"
If you look well, you can find great value for money keyboard out there. The Advent https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing-accessories/computer-accessorie…</a">K112 is cheap AF, mechanical and works well. Didn't you get to take the one from your desk home/have it sent over?
I could’ve but a lot has changed since I first had the option to work from home.
time to whip out the mechanical with no coworkers around
mechanical blue switch, your coworkers won't be around to hear it but your neighbors will
Matias Quiet Pro is good. One of the few mechanical keyboards that you can use in the office as well. Good warranty too....I have gotten two replaced no questions asked. For home, I have the logitech K750.
What’s your budget? I recently got a mechanical keyboard after doing some research. Can throw out a few names, and there are some YouTube keyboard reviewers that are quite helpful and responsive, like:
I got the Rosewill K81. It’s got RGB, but you can turn it off. Got it because it’s reasonably priced ($50-60 range) and good build quality (metal base + frame) for buck.
You watched a 55 minute video about keyboards? Bring back sports now
Nah, I didn’t watch this. I’m just simply linking to the Youtuber’s latest video. But I did watch one or two of her shorter 5min reviews cause I was looking at some of the ones she covered, and she’s quite thoughtful & responsive to questions.
Can't go wrong with Ducky One 2 RGB, brown or blue switches, size up to you
Are any of these QUIET? that's the only reason I dont want a mechanical keyboard.
If you want quiet then go for brown or black switches. Currently using brown, really happy with the feel and it's pretty quiet - blues and reds to avoid if you want quiet.
