interned there some time back but have had friends there since

its a good shop but they fired a load of people recently. growing M&A capabilities previously was a 20/80 M&A/financing now is about 40/60 which is good given arma pretty much swallows any sell side mandate and FT take any fintechs. 

They are not a BB/EB, I would say they are a tier 2 MM. good enough name to lateral with and decent enough deal flow. 

WLB will be decent - finish pre midnight most times. Comp is 75 for an3 and dunno about bonus - think its 40-80%
