TPH Bootcamp - Info?
I just got accepted into TPH's IB bootcamp for August; I've heard they've already started their recruiting. I also heard that in the past this bootcamp was a feeder into their SA program but August seems really late. Does anyone have any info on this? Will they still be recruiting at that time, any info on the camp as a whole?
The boot camp is genuinely quite helpful from what I heard, and it is considered a loose feeder program although not a guarantee.
As for recruiting, TPH wrapped up late August last year, but their apps were open months before that, so they do have a long recruiting timeline. Just reach out to current analysts and ask if you aren’t sure.
Thanks for the insight! If it wasn't going to lead to interviews, why would they want to hold a bootcamp where they pay to fly out potential interns?
I've heard that they don't pay for travel and lodging. Not 100% but you may want to check on that
do you know how many interns they take?
4-8ish, probably towards the lower end with the current climate. I know some offers have already been given and accepted.
Any insight into the interview questions in terms of behaviorals and techs?
When did you hear back? Assuming I didn't get it based on this post but I also haven't gotten a rejection email either, do I abandon all hope now?
In the same boat, I'm guessing in this case no response is a response.
Sorry guys... you should still hold out hope. I’d assume that maybe some people will drop out when they get offers and that would open the opportunity. I heard the day I posted this.
Just got accepted by TPH bootcamp this August! Wondering if anyone also plan to go and if this year transportation & hotel will be compensated?
Got in also. Don't think there is compensation.
Mind me DM? Would like to chat more about this!!
Did the program - from the Midwest but it was definitely worth it. I wasn’t super interested in O&G but still saw value from a recruiting perspective. Got offered a SD from it. Ended up declining bc of my interest in healthcare and tech but it’s a solid feeder. Got asked about it in most interviews as my team won the case comp.
The case competition is pretty legit - my team was in the office until 3am every night but it was actually pretty fun given we were all just college kids. Great experience working on tangible product and can speak to it when you interview.
how many people were in your intern class?
