Training Program
Hi all- I am starting FT banking this summer. Originally, my employer gave me a start date of September. However, things have picked up and they would like me to start in August now. My question is- do I have any bargaining power to ask them to provide some type of formal training? Normally, most of it is on the job, but I'd love to go through some sort of program if they would agree. Is that fair to ask in exchange for me starting earlier?
