possible things you might do as an analyst: Build the operating model, write (sections of) the internal committee memo (to get deals approved), write (sections of) the offering memorandum, update trading comps, spread transaction comps, make pitchbooks and PIBs, manage the "data room", format spreadsheets, etc etc
1) Would pitchbooks really count? They don't seem like very transaction-like.
2) What does PIB stand for?
