Transfer from EU to LA office

Currently working in a Western European country. A lof of the BB analysts and associates here manage to transfer to the NY office of their respected bank. I am wondering if it would be possible to do the same to the LA office considering the teams are a lot smaller.

Any views?

Feed back was very constructive and overall was super helpful. The process was very streamlined and efficient. The only thing I would improve from the process not necessarily the mentor was that there should be a way to disclose if you are under a non disclosure agreement because that created some friction when implementing feedback.”
