Transfer GPA (semi target to ivy)

I just finished my Sophomore year at an Ivy after transferring from a semi target school (a highly ranked liberal arts college). Unfortunately, I did not do too well my second semester Sophomore year so I currently have a 3.67 at the Ivy (and a 3.95 from my first year).

I've read a lot of threads saying that 3.8 seems to be the cut off so do I still have a shot for IB? Would it be possible to combine the GPAs (which would put me at a 3.81)?
