Transfer to New York
How difficult is it to transfer to the New York offices of a BB firm in London (think DB/CS/UBS) as an analyst in M&A?
I would ideally like to go to New York as a third/second year analyst...is this possible?

Network network network. Talk to HR about your interest in relocating although HR in general is pretty useless. Also depends on whether or not there is a position for an analyst open, are u part of a program?
