Transferable Tips/Pieces of Advice

I’m not in banking or anything finance related(although it does interest me). I’m passionate about marketing and I’ve seen some very impressive things from the Investment Banking community relating to how they prepare for the job, the interview and everything that follows. I’m 21 and eager to start my career in marketing and pace my path and since it will be my first Big Boy job, I was wondering if there’s anything that I could learn from the Investment Banking community or Finance community as a whole regarding how you carry yourself, how you speak to people and superiors, tricks or the trade and anything like that. I want to be the best I can possibly be in every aspect in order to make ad leave the best impressions on people. Apologies for the length question but any input would be greatly appreciated. Love the community🤙

People matter a lot. Never be an asshole for no reason.

More IB specific, but I've heard from some of the junior bankers coming out that 1/3rd cocaine, 1/3rd Adderall, and 1/3rd pure caffeine pills works really well together. I'm sure Ritalin or Modafinil could also be mixed in.
