Transferring from a Non-Target: School with best combination of transfer acceptance rate and IB/MBB placement

I am looking to transfer from a non-target in the upcoming months, and I was wondering which school you think "I should focus most of my attention on", which I define as what I said in the titile: a school with the best combination of either IB or MBB placement and a realistic chance for someone with a high college GPA and standardized test scores to get into as a transfer.
