Transition to IB with weak background
Hi everyone,
I'm new to WSO and feeling very uncertain. I am currently in a risk grad scheme as retail credit analyst, but would love to transition to IB. I did a MSc in Accounting and Finance but prior to that I went to a pretty awful uni and did an awful course (HR), although I got grades in both. Do you reckon I have any change to break into IB and what steps could you recommend to start? Thank you!
