True culture or total bullshit ?
Last week, I had an interview with UBS's HR associate in regard to possible job offer for their trade support position.
During the interview, she said UBS has foster a culture of "As long as your jobs are done, you are free to go". She said you don't have to stay behind for the sake acting in front of your boss. Hence you can leave before your boss does as long as you are done for the day.
Is this the reality? Or just some praisal bluffs?
Don't want to put myself into a buring oven for my first day of work.
Cheers
There's a large difference between the picture painted by HR and the reality of your team. Over time this may become the case. Often you'll find you don't leave because you'll be the first staffed the next day.
