Anyone know how this years bonuses shook out for associates? Debating whether or not to stay in this industry depending on if I am truly bottom bucket or not.
Hearing wide ranges depending on year and rating, from ~150k ~250K

I heard ~$190k for an AS2 (first full-year), on a base salary of $200k.
Base for first full year is $175.
