I see Truist ECM is hiring at multiple levels. Can anyone provide color on the group, including culture, deal flow, lifestyle, etc.?

Career Resources
I believe Truist is actively trying to expand their M&A/ECM side. They’ve hired multiple MDs in 2025 alone from “better” banks. Their LevFin team is their best product by far. I think ECM sits in New York and Atlanta. Healthcare, TME&T, Industrials are the sweatiest groups by far. Southern bank culture so seems more laid back but def entirely group dependent.
