Trying to break into the investment field
Hi everyone,
I just finished up my final year at University. I finally decided that my main interests revolve around the investing side of the financial industry. During my senior year I made the switch into the Finance program at my University and completed it in one year (recommended to take ~4 semesters, did in 2). However, because I decided so late that I wished to do so I have not secured any internship opportunities or things of the sort to break me into the industry.
Does anyone have any advice on where to go (Rotational Programs? Paid Internships? Entry Level Opportunities?) where I can go about starting a career? I have spent a few weeks scouring everything I can find on the subject and it seems everything says to have started with while in school. Looking for information in any way possible.
Thanks.
