I know most of you could give 2 fucks about LatAm but I wanted to know if anyone who's involved/ works with Latin America could give some insight on that Joint Venture. IMO Banco do Brasil has a huge credit portfolio and the UBS name would make it a tough competitor in the market. FYI I work for BTG Pactual and am kinda worried about the deal flow lol
