UBS Bonus - Amazon Gift Card?

Work at UBS and just had my chat about bonuses. I was told that my bonus this year was a $1,000 Amazon gift card as a mid-bucket analyst. Is this normal across the street? Heard Nomura were getting gift cards to Benihana? Please confirm, thanks.

I believe at MS they received a $20k SHEIN gift card (mid bucket). I cannot confirm for UBS and Nomura (think Nomura no longer has a bonus part of the comp)
