UBS Bonus day
UBS associates and above just got their comp yesterday and today. Would like to hear how it went. Currently in a middle tier group at the bank and don't know how to feel about it

Wtf are the point of these threads where people don’t even post? It’s literally an anonymous forum…You’re asking people to tell your their bonuses and won’t even mention yours?

Base: 175k
Bonus: 95k
TC: 270k
Not feeling great about it. And there is a rumor going around that they may not be increasing base salaries (eg will be at 175k another year)
That’s decent for this year though (minus not increasing base)
