UBS Bonuses
Anyone know what the analyst/associate S&T bonus range was this year for UBS and the industry wide ranges? I am pretty sure everyone at UBS just found out in the last couple of weeks but I haven't seen any numbers on here or dealbreaker.

That was the 1st year stub. I am talking about 2nd and 3rd year. Thanks though.
Top D's got 50K.
This is all IBD of course
Wow.
All MDs & EDs got nothing. The rest of the bank got very little, and some got nothing at all. If they did get bonuses most/all of it was deferred over 3 years.
^^***If bank is profitable...
i never made any comment about analysts... my comment on another thread was that associates were in the 10k range.... a first year director got about 30k and a top bucket director got 60k... so basically bonsuses ranged from 10k for first year associates up to a max of 60k for third year directors(VP equivalent)... there was obviously some variation in that range regarding best performers and worst performers.
rumor is that a new pay scheme including a higher base salary will get announced on April 1.
Interesting. I haven't heard this one. Will this be effective for the '09 Class? Just curious
It's just a rumor... I haven't heard it from anyone official. Just a lot of hearsay. I have heard my buddies at other banks say they have heard similar rumors... so... it could be complete BS. Just thought I'd pass along what I heard.
I have no clue if it would affect incoming people. I doubt it since you got a signing bonus that is higher than most full time third year directors bonuses (for associates)
Do you know if this is going to be the new industry standard considering bonuses are down or is this solely UBS b/c I haven't heard anything abaout this elsewhere, especially from my friend who works at UBS
