they send banking clients to PWM and PWM clients to IBD (that's way more rare)...
any help or were you hoping forsomething diff?
thank you for your response. i know what they do, i was looking more towards:
are they prestigious, do the bring in a ton of business, how are they looked upon in the IB industry, etcetera.
they're percieved as kinda working for the pwm guys, and also kinda working for the ibd guys (i do pwm)
that having been said, they do get their hands in on some pretty big deals by ibd standards, and have to be wizards on client-ego-massage, et. al.
from what ive gathered id recommend to more "salesy" types than analyst types...NOTE: not much room in this capacity for young men, as i feel like most clients want to deal with someone they feel has "experience"

not like in ibd when you can be soldier behind MD's charisma or whatever
my point i guess is: they're not huge hitters, but they get respect (but hell, what do i know?)
