UBS Investment Banking Analyst Comp
Does anyone know the most recent Base salary numbers for UBS IB Analysts for 1y, 2y, and 3y levels? I feel like there were so many recent changes that it's hard to know the actual numbers. Also, how open is HR to negotiating the base salary for lateral hires? Is it possible to negotiate beyond the standard numbers? What is signing bonus like if anyone knows?
