I probably speak for many on this forum when I say I'd rather be homeless than have people know I work at UBS.
For exits, definitely UBS, more or less so depending on the team you get assigned to
I think it depends on what team you are in and what city this is.
Macquarie has had really strong growth, deal flow and is a powerhouse in Australia, UBS is solid too.
In Europe, I think Macquarie is still fighting for recognition whereas UBS may have more of a presence and be a little more well-known.
Personally, I would probably be edging towards UBS if it was in Eastern Europe/Switzerland and Macquarie if it were elsewhere in Europe as I feel the growth potential for Macquarie is very strong.
