UBS Recruiting
Hello all, longtime listener first time caller. I am currently undergrad, beginning the recruiting process and making my lists of potential banks. I have talked to some friends who have mentioned UBS, but after reading all the comments on here about the state of their IBD I am hesitant to pursue them. I understand I am not necessarily in a position where I can be picky given the competitiveness of IB recruiting, but with all the seemingly negative posts in regards to them, I really am wondering if I should try to recruit with them or just stay away. Can anyone give me some advice/insight on this? Is UBS a good place to start my career or is that a bank I should be avoiding?
