Does anybody happen to know recent/big deals that UBS worked on? Trying to pitch why UBS for my interview. Much appreciated!!

You don't necessarily need to know UBS-specific deals for interviews - people aren't that big of hardos at the firm where they would expect people to know that. Instead, mention UBS because 1) you spoke to XYZ person and they said good things about culture and experience Analysts get (THIS IS THE ONLY RESPONSE THAT WILL ACTUALLY MATTER), and 2) get global bulge bracket experience with smaller banking teams.
Another thing you can mention is UBS is losing market share to US peers, can't win deals and is shrinking its banking division, but that's for back pocket ;)
