Hi WSO,
Been applying within the UK and have a competitive resume with 6 months of SA experience within IB. However, whenever I get the assessments from banks, I never seem to be able to pass this stage. Is there a right way of doing these? Am I just wrong? Seeing people get offers and interviews left and right while I cannot get past this stage is slightly demoralizing but I am trying to my best to get past it.
