UK Masters degree in the US

Hey all. I am thinking about doing a masters degree in the UK (I am American) for various reasons (money, time etc). However, my grades are not good enough to get into the top tier schools (Cambridge, Oxford, LSE, St. Andrews). I was just curious as to your thoughts whether or not firms (national and international) view a masters in the UK any less than a US masters degree. Will I be able to find work with a UK masters degree back home in the US, even if I attend an accredited institution in the UK? I plan on studying international business management as I would like to work outside of the US some day, and possibly for a multinational. I would like to think multinationals would not care as much as they have people from all over the world. Please let me know your opinions and thoughts
