UK "Resident Status" (tax purposes)
For HMRC tax purposes (filling a P85), in the case of being a non–UK/EU national who came to UK for the first time for an IB SA—& left UK IMMEDIATELY after the internship—does the SA's Skilled Worker Visa make you count-automatically as having the "Resident Status" for that Tax Year 2023/24 (without needing to fulfill any other criteria)?
