Hi all,
I did SA in an IB in London last summer. Do I get the tax-free personal allowance thing? I received a mail from HM revenue saying that since I did not stay in UK for more than 183 days so I don't get it. Is it normally the case? I called the tax office they said I should have it as I worked there for 3 months.
Can anyone who knows this better share your info? btw I am not of EEA nationality.
