Under what circumstances should one lateral?
Under what circumstances does it make sense to lateral from one BB to a elite boutique or another BB? Say everything is going well at your bank and you're getting good experience and working with people you like. Then you hear from a friend that x bank is looking for experienced analysts and you have a shot, how do you evaluate whether to move or not.
