Undergrad PE Looking to do iBanking
Hey all,
I'm a rising junior at a semi-target looking to go into iBanking, so naturally I applied to different iBanking positions this summer but was unable to secure an internship. Instead, I got an internship at a relatively small PE firm(about 10 professionals). Essentially I still want to go into investment banking and am wondering if having PE on my resume puts me at a disadvantage to those resumes that already have ibanking. Will this put me at a disadvantage in regards to securing interviews? Is there a way that I could leverage this PE internship in my favor or to potentially stand out?
