Undergrad School Opportunity Help

Call me stupid or anything else you’d like but I would like some clarification on either my chances of joining IB or if I need to look elsewhere. I’m a sophomore in HS and normally that means I still have a huge future ahead of me, but I think I’ve already messed that up badly. I was a “gifted” kid put in classes 2 years ahead of me in every subject so I’d take shuttles to the HS in MS for my core classes. I did well enough to pass but not good enough at all. By the time I finally started bringing my grade up I’m in my sophomore year with a 3.211 GPA. I also know that after Junior year is when you make your submissions into college. I want to know if I retake classes over the summer, does that turn me away from Ivy schools. And do the classes I took that brought my grade down even classify as “honor” classes because they were just normal classes for older people. I have taken 7 actual honors classes, will take 2 AP classes next year, and have taken 4 college classes at my local college. I want to know if I can get in from an extended to senior year GPA or if I’m doomed. If I am, can I go to a state school like KU, get a high GPA (since that’s what I’m getting now), network, and go to maybe (if I’m given the opportunity) an MM. Work for a couple of years and go to an Ivy, then BB? This probably sounds dumb with all the spare time ahead of me, but I feel like I’ve missed my real opportunity. Now it’s just up to the luck of the draw. Sorry if I made any grammatical mistakes, and also thank you for your time.
