struggling with first job

So I got a structured finance job out of college, and to be honest, I genuinely don't like this vertical at all which is making the learning curve way harder. I think my ADHD is making this worse bc it requires extreme attention to detail which I keep making 1 mistake or the other, even with building checklists. I wish I got placed in tech or healthcare or any normal industry but this. I think my manager knows it too. I know most people don't like their job but I think there should be some baseline (5% level of interest) no? Idk kind of struggling here and want to leave.
