Hi guys!
I need advice on which uni to choose, Rutgers-New Brunswick or Penn State (Both business schools). i know neither are targets but if I were to choose one which would you reccmend. 2 scenarios,
1. I complete my undergrad at one of these 2 unis.
2. I transfer in my sophomore/junior year to a better uni (NYU, etc)
