Unreasonably Scared

Hi monkeys, maybe you guys can help me out with this. I ran into a bit of a bump recently and have gotten this strange, impending sense of fear out of nowhere. I'm scared that I'm not going to be able to survive the hard hours as they get more intense and nervous about jumping to PE because I see horror stories of the people working over 90/100 hours every single week and I fear for my health and my well-being. Obviously I can handle a tough battle every once in a while but I read that one post about that guy who has to be up till 4 AM every single night or the other one that got heart disease and I just get so much fear and nervousness that my health might deteriorate intensively in one of those positions. I'm a hard worker and I even have been enjoying the subject matter, but lately I've been thinking (probably overthinking) and I've just become a nervous wreck of anxiety, don't even know how to explain this that well. Anyone else feel similarly? Also feel like my current group might not prep me enough to the PE shop I'll get into, to the ones who are in it, do you survive well, does having a girlfriend or family nearby improve the situation a lot more? How do you deal with it and get through it consistently and for so long?
