Unsure about 5th Year... Do I still recruit?

Bit of a unique situation here. Based on a potential scholarship - there is a chance that I could get a 5th year at my non-target uni for free. I'm currently a junior and have locked up an internship at a BB this summer. I don't really want to do the 5th year - so if I get a return offer then problem solved. But if I do not get a return offer... then what should I do? Recruit for full-time roles or take the 5th year and recruit for SA 2021? If it's the latter, does that mean I should be applying this spring? Would that seem disingenuous or get me in trouble at my upcoming internship?

Sorry if this is confusing. Grateful for any advice.

Thanks, that makes sense. I guess I would just be a little worried bc that's a late start for 2021 summer

Ok so lets just say I do decide I want to try to recruit for 2021 summer .. it's way too risky to recruit before/during my internship right? I would just have to wait and start the process late
