Upcoming Summer Bonuses for Analysts & associates
curious what everyone thinks will happen with bonuses this year? Business has been slow since the new year, yet I seem to still get a lot of emails seeking lateral movers which makes me think the market is still strong and a big part of the bonus pricing is as much about supply & demand as it is revenue driven.
Realizing that most of the answers are speculation since there is no one who has been paid out yet. Also interested in how many analysts don't yet have their post analyst job lined up and how many think 3rd year offers could get rescinded?
