Been a few weeks since we talked about CSFB on this forum. Just today, I read that 30 odd MDs had a meeting in New York and they are going to make CSFB a partnership model like GS (promoting senior MDs to partners).
So it would be great to know how things are within IBCM and what's the general mood around the prospect of CSFB among juniors.

There was a town meeting about a month or so.
Bonuses were not good as I'm sure you're all aware however people are feeling optimistic about the future and the leadership / mobility that this new CSFB will bring.
