Updated Thoughts on Evercore Tech?

Curious to hear updated thoughts on Evercore tech (dealflow, reputation, exits, culture, etc) especially as they've hired in the past year poached the Citi co-head of global tech, GS co-head of industrial tech, GS co-head of software banking, and GS head of industrial software?

EVR Menlo is definitely bulking up but the impact of the new hires will probably take a bit to materialize. Reputation wise, the group has been regarded as being top notch in tech and the new changes will only strengthen their positioning. My guess is that Q/GS/MS will still be the leaders in tech but EVR will be able to cement itself as a close fourth. Culture is honestly hard to pin down since there’s been a lot of people going in and out, but anecdotally speaking, I’ve heard the experience tends to be sweaty.
