Updating formulas from CapIq to FactSet

Our firm is changing its subscription from CapIQ to FactSet. An MD gave me a task of updating one of our model's values from CapIQ to FactSet.

He mentioned that he didn't want the values to be very different from one another, because of other concurrent project that pulled information from this. However, CapIQ and FactSet get to their EBITDA, TEV, and other values in different ways.

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendation?
