Just tell HR that you got an A in the January course but the grade hasn't been inputted in the system yet so your transcript still shows 3.63 but you can send them an updated transcript in a week or so once the grades are inputted.
Long story short she knows that I'm not finished with the class yet. I think I'm just going to send it in and play somewhat stupid about it. If she calls me out on it I do have a perfectly fine explanation. I just don't want to come off greasy.
