(URGENT) DCM summer final interview (AC) - any M&A/corp. finance technicals required???

I have a final round assesment centre at a major US BB in London. The internship is in capital markets but I expressed my interest for DCM and so have been given the opportunity to apply specifically for this.

My phone interview had no M&A related questions, focusing on macroeconomics/debt, but I'm really weak in terms of knowing basic accounting/valuation/M&A stuff, and just wondering how likely it is for them to ask stuff like that?

Thanks

For a summer role the technicals for DCM interviews don't tend to be too gruesome. Definitely be sharp on the macro, interest rates -> valuation relationship, and have a high conviction view on what it means for DCM clients.

Good luck!

Thanks! - all my interviews so far have been very much focused on the macro side/inflation/interest/LIBOR etc - which is why I'm nervous about knowing 0 about DCFs, LBOs etc - I was wondering if you could maybe expand on what you mean by interest rates and valuation relationship?
