URGENT: IB Summer Analyst Internship 2020 or bust?

Okay, so here's my background: 3.80+ GPA; Non-target; current intern in a corporate finance role at BB... (doing small projects that are back office); rising junior.

I've been applying to tons and tons of IB banks but can't even seem to land the hirevue... let alone an interview. I know the whole thing about "network network network", but for the last two years, I guess I didn't because I wasn't thinking and focused on other things. My alumni network is empty (they all don't go IB they go insurance or other roles) :(

Now I'm about to be going into my 3rd year and am stressing since I can't land any 2020 offer (let alone interview).

How much would it cost for someone to take me under their wing to give enough training/wisdom or w/e for me to land a 2020 internship ($1000? $2000?) I need to secure a 2020 spot and I can practically send your way whatever. All I need to do is tap the market and break-in via an internship. I know it's possible and perhaps someone could?

Am I crazy for wanting this? I know if I miss this boat FT is 10000% harder so it will be impossible at that point. Every day that goes by I get more and more stressed that it's a day closer to missing my chance forever.

Wise people of WSO please share some advice? Thank you
