URGENT: Internship Advice

Quick background: I work for a low tier consulting firm consulting on compliance work, BO shit. I am two years out of school and have passed two levels of the CFA program. I have a 760 on the GMAT but a 3.3 from a non-target. I have been trying to break into ER or IB for a while.

I got an email yesterday from a very small IB with an offer for a four month unpaid internship. There are four other interns and only eight fulltime people, so I am not optimistic about a full time offer. It looks like they just look for free analyst every four months. Half of my duties will be cold calling, with regular analyst work making up the other half. It is across the country and I would have to quit my job.

I am leaning towards turning it down because:
1. No guarantee of job after the four months
2. Will not augment my profile that much for other finance jobs
3. Two years away from a decent MBA
4. If I stay at my current job I will be promoted in January

All that aside, am I crazy for turning down an opportunity in IB? Even a bad one. Need to make a decision today!
