Urgent - Should I bother sending a correction ?

I just took a case study as part of an interview with a very small IB. I made a small mistake with the model and double-counted a number, I've been beating up myself about it since I walked out of the interview. Should I send the interviewer an email telling what I did wrong so he understands it was inadvertent ? or should I leave it alone and hope for the best ? He's definitely going to notice it because its a small one-page model.

2007GradAnyone else ? Should I include it in a thank-you email so it doesn't come off as desperate ? Help !
I would have normally said no, but if you include it very very subtly at the bottom of your thank you email (DONT MAKE IT LONG), it could be alright.
