US project finance groups that work on emerging- / middle-income- economy infra financings?

Hey guys, I'm a student in the US with investment banking experience at a couple of well-known banks in their healthcare groups. I've recently been taking some advanced courses in international finance and economics and realized that advising & investing in foreign infrastructure would be more fulfilling + interesting than doing mergers and buyouts of US healthcare practices and companies. Several problems: I don't have the background for the World Bank/IMF analyst positions (I don't want to go to graduate school in the near term), I have no experience with or knowledge of any infrastructure assets, nor do I speak a second language (this sucks, but I'd be open to learning one). Through some limited research, it seemed like project finance at one of the Asian banks (or any large player in the space) would be the next best thing, but I don't know which offices/groups work on deals outside the US and if they'd hire someone with English as an only language.

Would appreciate any help / knowledge
