US vs Canada for internationals

Hi, I'm an international from Brazil who got into some Canadian targets (Like McGill, Ivey, and Queens) for undergrad and was wondering how the visa/sponsorship situation is in Canada...

I know I'll be eligible for 3 years of PGWP after graduation, and I know that as long as I remain a "foreigner" without PR, I'll never be viewed the same as a native. That's fine, but will I still be able to get hired by firms? Will they avoid me as they do with internationals south of the border? Despite not being a Canadian-born candidate, will I still have a shot at landing a position in Toronto IB (given I'm qualified enough, ofc)?

I don't want it to be easy, I just hope it to be feasible...

Don't mind coming back home, but would like to work for a bit in Bay St before heading back/somewhere else.

Thanks for reading lads
